Hi Andreas,
I recently saw the french doors being replaced at another unit in the complex. Going by the looks of the new doors, they are probably made of fiberglass rather than wood (the traditional material). Given that termites are an occasional problem in this area, I think it makes perfect sense to go with fiberglass. Here are some options found by Google, but you could just contact the management company or board to find out what they did exactly.

At any rate, you will have to submit an architectural change request to the Board before you can serious work on your french doors. E.g. they will want to see specification details about the new doors and the license of the contractor you’ll be using. Ask the management company about the correct procedure or attend a regular board meeting.
Hope this helps,
Ezra

I currently live right across from a set of sprinklers that have been spraying water out like a hose. The sprinklers typically come on at about 2a.m. in the morning and lasts about 15 minutes. The water from the sprinkler hoses down the cars parked right next to it.
I’ve called the person on-duty for the housing association, but the man rudely ignored my request for someone to come and handle the sprinkler situation.
The damaged sprinklers are located on the right hand lawn on Via Tranquilo.
