There will be a regular Board meeting tomorrow evening, July 2. As usual, it is being held at the Doyle Recreation Center on Regents Road and it starts at 6pm.
The agenda for the meeting was posted at each of the carports.
Note that this is the first chance to meet the new property manager, i.e. David Dickter from Menas Realty.

Although Menas Realty Co. appears to have been secretly appointed for the job prior to the June 11, 2008 annual meeting by the decision of only three of the directors running the Board, it is around June 20, 2008 that Playmor Terrace owners first found out about Menas from Menas Realty Co. itself:
In her June 18 letter addressed to Playmor Homeowners, Julie Menas, the President of Menas Realty Company, and a certified common interest development manager, lets us know among other things, of the changings in payment method and late-charge policy beginning July 1, 2008.
With such a short notice, I truly hope that aside from a few problems in payment processing that I’m aware of, there have not been any other inconveniences to homeowners.
