Ezra Van Everbroeck has contributed the following email message he sent to the management company with options for an official HOA web site. At least some of them appear to be quite affordable. Let’s hope the Board selects one soon so there is an official venue to get Association news.

Subject: Official HOA web site options
Hi Sue,
I promised at the last Playmor Terrace board meeting that I would look
at hosting companies for an official HOA web site. I went browsing last
night, taking notes, and came up with the list below. The first few are
probably the best options for PT. I could set up a free trial site on
hoatotalaccess.com but I really don’t think that I’m the appropriate
person to get involved in an official PT web site.
Thanks!
Ezra

Make sure to consider http://www.villageloop.com. We have many options to customize your system exactly to your needs and your price point. We are a small group and can offer a very personalized level of service, something the larger companies have trouble doing with their automated systems. We are also big enough to have an office and have been in business since 2004, something many of the smaller providers, who are working out of thier homes, cannot say.
Call us (954)962-4708 or visit our website for a free trial (http://www.villageloop.com/freetrial.asp) we can have your community site online in a few hours, no obligation, no contract, no payment. After 30 days you can decide if you want to continue.
Thank you,
–Steven

Dear Playmore Terrace,
Thank you for considering our CondoSites for your hoa’s website needs. CondoSites is a small business delivering personal service. As the owner of CondoSites I personally work with and communicate with each community from setup to monthly updates. I have a background in property management, design, and have served on three condo boards including president for one; so I understand the needs of today’s HOA and help you achieve your goals.
Our HOA website concept strives to provide a quality website solution for the HOA that balances both technological function with aesthetic design. All community websites are customized to suit the needs of the community and visitors to the site have no doubt they are in their community.
Please feel free to pay us a visit at http://www.CondoSites.net. Since your last visit we have added significant upgrades and features which can be explored in our fully functional sample site. And if the $300 setup is not in your communities budget, I’d be happy to waive the fee.
