Stratus Management is taking over as the new management company for Playmor Terrace as of this Saturday, 9/1. The monthly Board meeting is being rescheduled to the second Wednesday of each month, but still at 6pm in the Doyle Recreation Center on Regents Road. The next meeting will be on September 12.

Welcome to Stratus, the management company elected by the Board who is currently being challenged to be recalled.
The Stratus’ letter is a little confusing to me as is the Homeowner/Tenant Form.
The letter is lacking explicit information about how to contact the Board of Directors – phone number(s), e-mail(s), and address. On the other hand, the Homeowner/Tenant form is very thorough in collecting personal information, but I don’t understand whose signature should be at the bottom: homeowner(s)’ or tenant(s)’?
It is nice on the part of Stratus’ team to ask about special requests and channel them to the Board. Does the Board have an obligation to respond to all these requests? Heck no.
I look forward to meeting Stratus on September 12.
