Annual Board Meeting 5/16 and Site Updates

As mentioned in several of the comments, the big annual Playmor Terrace Board meeting will take place this Wednesday (5/16) evening. There will be elections for three Board positions as well as a discussion of the budget for next year. If you would like to attend, go to the Doyle community center at 6pm. If there is no quorum (votes from 85 owners, in person, via a proxy, or by written ballot), the meeting will have to be postponed until June. If this happens, the quorum for that meeting will be lower (25% of the votes, or 44 owners).
